Company History
Trinity Tours and Travel started in September 2009. The aim of Trinity Tours and Travel was to break into tourism sector initially hiring vehicles to individuals and NGO’s of Uganda with the vision of later expanding into tour and travel providing quality customer care and being of the personal size to tailor to the client’s individual needs.
In June 2010 Trinity Tours and Travel expanded into Tours and Travel industry, offering the uniqueness of tailoring to the client’s personal package needs, with the “can do anything” attitude.
Vision statement
To establish, maintain and grow an open, consistent and trustworthy team with good moral conduct, which is fully dedicated with the focus to offer excellence in customer care and services for all clients ensuring a memorable enjoyment experience for both clients and team.

To provide continued training and support for team members to ensure the consistent quality of services provided to clients.
Values
Excellence: We give ourselves time to build a passionate, engaged workforce so that we can attract, optimize and retain the top talent we need to meet and exceed our company's goals. Larger tour companies are faced with overwhelming pressure to produce more, better, faster, and cheaper packages in order to compete in a highly competitive global marketplace, sadly losing on personal contact with clients. Our solution was to establish a culture where there is a passionate commitment to excellence characterized by high productivity, full engagement and inspired leadership, with full personal contact with all our clients. At Trinity Tours and Travel we develop a concept of consistency of our actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcomes. We strive to ensure there is a sense of honesty and truthfulness in regard to the motivations for our actions at every level within the industry.
Accountability: At Trinity Tours and Travel we are accountable to our clients as well as ourselves and the government of Uganda. Therefore, we ensure there is a sense of accountability within the team, our partners and our clients.
Time management: It is widely known within parts of Africa, that time management is not always important. However, time management within Trinity Tours and Travel is taken very seriously and ensure within the team that tasks and deadlines are kept at all cost.
Having fun: Even though Trinity Tours and Travel is a professional travel company striving for excellence, we do not lose sight of having fun in what we do. We are spoilt in the work we do, as East Africa has a lot to offer, it’s exciting to show it off to people not only outside of Africa but within Africa also.
